With $700M in revenue, Utility Trailer Manufacturing (UTM) is one of the world’s largest trailer manufacturers.
After a ransomware attack compromised their systems, UTM lost all access to their homegrown warranty processing solution. To get customer information, employees were forced to sort through siloed Excel spreadsheets and manual submission forms, a slow and tedious process. As a result, unprocessed claims stacked up over a year creating a backlog that crippled cashflow and upset customers. With a seven-figure backlog hampering operations, UTM needed a new solution right away.

After a referral from Microsoft, MCA Connect worked with UTM to replace their lost solution with WarrantyCONNECT.
This unique solution simplifies warranty and registration claims by automating manual processing and integrating claims within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
